3. Is there a gurantee?
Yes, we ensure everyone receive their parcel, we in charge of customs clearance, our successfully customs clearance rate is 99.8%. If unfortunately caught by customs we would ship new parcel at a rate for you, you can also buy insurance when order in case be caught we will ship new parcel for you.
4. How's the shipping fee?
Definitely best shipping fee compared to other sellers/agents, shipping fee 10 eur/kg, starts from 10. For shoes/down jackets we charge 20 per piece. For multile items we discount for the shipping fee, very fair shipping price for sure : )
5. How many days arrive?
Prepare items need some time, normally 1-2 days for quality check, then 8-10 days to you, if large haul may takes longer time to prepare.
6. How i track shipment?

7. Why the shipping info not updates?
Most likely there's local tracking info, like usps/fedex in US, dhl in europe, royal mail in UK, it was local carrier, when arrive at your country shipping info updates, so no worry about it.
8. I'm reseller, i would like to wholesale/dropshipping.

9. Why payment stucked?
Sometimes paypal/xoom/remitly/wise pay to alipay will face this issue, alipay asks for files about where money from, but alipay will not pass through it, so we wait 24 hour the money will auto returned to you.
10. Why sometimes whatsapp not have a quick response?
There's time gap friend, when you up it maybe midnight in china, we might in sleep, we might have a lunch break, so be patient, once we back to work we reply asap. Active response time: 1pm-10pm, utc+8, may have some delay at Saturday.

12. Why caps easily sold out? How to select size at agent?
1:1 caps are loved by clients and well known at community. It's high produce standard so not easy to produce it, also there's a lot colors need to produce.
Please understood stock dynamic not easy to align everytime, if not specify sizes will ship the available sizes without further notice, you can also comment sizes when order at agent, will ship the specified sizes for you.
13. Why not use paypal?
Paypal account easily banned/limited and money not able to withdraw, so get away with paypal and keep money safe. But we can use paypal to pay to bank or alipay.
14. How's customs clearance working?
We in charge of customs clearance, most likely there's no taxes. But if there's tax fees, it's client who need to pay the tax to clear customs.
15. How does QC works?
QC, quality check, is the stage when buyer and seller aligned items, QC like this: https://qc.poshrep.com. At this stage you can check if items good to ship. We agreed if there's some issues you need to raise it at this time, after ship out it was regarded items ok to ship and have no issues.
16. What if items caught by customs?
Since it was reps, there's a chance it caught by customs, the rate is about 0.2%. If parcels being caught, since items factory price and shipping fee is a lot, please understand we not able to refund full amount.
We aligned you can pay half price we ship new parcel or we refund half amount at this case.
We also offer full insurance if you bought insurance fee before ship, small parcel at 10 eur, big haul at 20 eur. It was not added by default, if you need to buy full insurance can buy in whatsapp.
17. What's the newest shipment update?
We're enhanced our shipment system, we've set up warehouse at hongkong and it takes less time to ship global. We use dhl to ship to europe, which about 8-10 days for door to door delivery. The delivery to global also be faster.
Also it was most secure shipment ever, you no worry about the customs issue, you can do a order to test the security and delivery time :)
